Dakota Audio products will be free from defects in material and manufacture for a period of (3) years from the date of manufacture as determined by the serial number. This warranty will be extended to (5) years from the date of purchase if the warranty (and installation location) information is submitted to Dakota Audio.

This warranty includes defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover physical abuse, water damage, exposure to the elements, or operation in ways not recommended or authorized by Dakota Audio. It does cover damage caused by lightning and power surges.

During the first year, in case of trouble, we will provide telephone consultation as necessary. If the device or components require factory service, we will ship a replacement unit at our cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the defective device.

After the first year, for the remainder of the warranty we will provide telephone consultation as necessary. If the device or components require factory service, the defective device or components must be returned to the Dakota Audio for repair. We will return the repaired item at our expense.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state, or country to country. To obtain warranty service, please call 701-224-9331 in the USA. Outside the USA please contact your local Dealer.

DAKOTA AUDIO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If this product is defective within the warranty period stated above, your exclusive remedy shall be, at Dakota Audio option, to replace or repair the Dakota Audio product or refund the purchase price of the Dakota Audio product.

Limitation of Liability. Except where prohibited by law, Dakota Audio will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this Dakota Audio product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential regardless of the legal theory asserted. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
